Code P059F, what fuse and where is it located that controls the active grille shutter?

code P059F indicates that the active grille air shutter "A" had a performance problem or was stuck OFF for a predetermined period of time. The shutter does not move to the touch and no damage to the shutter. I'm guessing the fuse had an overload.

I have attached the diagnostic process as well as a couple wiring diagrams and such to assist.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Harness or connectors (Active grille shutter circuit is open or shorted.)
- Active grille shutter
- Foreign objects interferes with active grille shutter
