Code P1516, will not start after overheating

My car won't start so I hooked it up to an OBD / OBD2 reader and a trouble code P1516 shows up. I've already replaced my spark plugs, my starter and my battery. what can I do to fix my car? it was overheating so I had to change out my thermostat and thermostat housing and the coil pack. what can I do to make my car run again? because I have been stuck on the side of the road trying to get my car to start for a little over a month now.

I don't understand the circuit d description and when I enlarge the pages the words become blurred to where I can't read them.
