I hear like a grinding noise when i drive my car on the highway. The noise comes at speeds above 50. There is also a lot of vibration. Not sure what this is? These are the things i have done to try to fix this problem:
CV axle change
Rotate tires and align
Spark plugs
Ignition coils
Air filter
Cleaned out throttle body
Intake gasket

I also had my mechanic check if there was anything loose and there wasn't. He also checked hubs and said was good.
Thanks in advance

So a noise and vibration at highway speeds is normally caused by something rotating. This means wheels/tires, axles, driveshaft, internal transmission components.

So let's try and limit it down. Can you drive the vehicle so it is doing the issue and then shift it to neutral and see if the issue goes away? Can you then tell if the issue goes away when accelerating or decelerating?

Let's start with this and depending on the answers we will be able to limit this down.

It was a little hard to make out but it definitely sounds rotational so I would suggest lifting the vehicle off the ground and support it on a lift or jack stands and then put the vehicle in gear and see if you can isolate where it is coming from. If you no longer hear it then it is either the tires or possibly the bearings.
