Weird front passenger side wheel area scraping noise

Is it a rotational scarping noise? Meaning it sounds like it gets faster the quicker you move? If so, it is doubtful that it is a suspension component. Have you checked the brakes to make sure they are not worn down? Are the rotors warped or have runout? This will cause a scraping noise as well.

Lastly can you get a recording of this to see if that helps us identify the noise?

Yes it is rotational and it actually started after I changed my front brake pads. I can record it next time I'm out and post it then if that's okay.

The video did not attach so it you could try that again that would be great. However, if it started after changing the brakes and it is not the baking plate then I would think it is the pads dragging. Did you replace the rotors as well? Also, what type of pads did you put on it? If the composite is high in metal they will make noise when they touch the rotor. This means if the rotors have run out then that is the issue.

Okay, changed my rotors. now when I tried to drive it's a weird feeling like I didn't get the axle in all the way and there's some play to my tire going up and down. I'm so confused.

How can you tell there is play in the tire up and down? Did you get the lug nuts tight? I have done that were the tire is loose and it gives an odd feeling. They don't have to be extremely loose to do this either.

I meant there's play before I lower it back down. but I think I need a new wheel bearing is why.

Oh. Okay. Yes, if you have excessive movement up and down that is either wheel bearings or ball joints. However, your wheel bearings are a hub assembly and these are less likely to fail in this manner without making noise but due to you other complaint of the noise, this may be the issue.
