Weird clunking noise when driving on slow speeds

Hi,

I listened to the video. It's hard to tell what you are hearing. Is it a clicking or a thump? Does it happen when turning or at any time?

I did hear what I thought was a clicking. Often times that is related to a failing CV joint. Take a look through this link and let me know if it mirrors what you experience:

It’s clicking noise, as if someone is hitting a pan with hammer. It happens any time, but mostly when changing gears at low speeds.
It did passed the MOT test last week... few days ago I hit a big rock on the road that caused bottom plastic cover to brake loose, but the guy I went to fix it didn’t see anything wrong and I was sure that the problem was bottom guard.
It feels like something has come loose...

I’m just doing some research before I go repairs shop.

It does sound like something may have come loose. Check the CV joints and make sure nothing was bent on one of the brake backing plates causing them to touch the brake rotors. Since it is a clicking, that often time is related to a bad CV joint. However, it should be more pronounced when turning sharp and accelerating.

If you have a chance, just take a look at those things. Since it chances speed with the vehicle's speed, it is going to be tied into an axle or something turning equal to tire speed.
