Weird adjusting clicking sound at dashboard?

New battery, new Alternator and replace ECM with used one. Every time I started the MDX, it has a clicking sound coming from dashboard, seem like adjusting sound then goes away. I notice that kind of sound when the navigation is asking for codes connecting to satellite. What else is causing this weird sound?

This is typical when the blend door actuator motor goes out, you will need to access the actuators to see which one is making noise, here are the locations, try to get an idea of where the clicking is coming from which will help. There are 4 actuators and any of them can make this noise. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
