cranks no start and blue smoke coming from tailpipe

I assume you noticed the blue smoke that last time the engine was running and the blue smoke indicates motor oil is burning in the combustion chamber.
Without the engine running, I do not know of any way to clean out those chambers other than removing the head and cleaning although I do not think the carbon and/or motor oil in the chambers is the cause of a no start.
Do you hear the fuel pump run for two seconds once you first turn the key to run, before you turn the key to start? It should run for about two seconds, if not, check the fuse and try swapping the fuel pump relay with another non important relay like a horn relay and try again.
Fix whatever is loose with the exhaust.
The security and check engine lights should go off after about fifteen seconds or so. If either remain on or flash after that, try a spare key and have the trouble codes retrieved.
If the fuel pump does run, see if the engine will start and run for a few seconds on a few shots of starting fluid. If not, check for spark but if it does, make sure you have voltage to the fuel injectors with the key on run/start so check it's fuses. Then if so, check for a ground pulse with a noid light while cranking at the fuel injectors, If nothing, you may have a bad crank sensor, if equipped. A fault in the CKP sensor circuits will cause a DTC P0335
