Hi,

Do you have any access to it with the pump off or is it flush with the engine block? If it is flush, you need to drill it and use an easy out to remove it.

If this is the case, make sure to center punch the bolt's center and drill straight and level to a specific diameter. Then install an easy out for removal. Since this broke, I would recommend using a good penetrating fluid before removal. You may want to consider heat as well. Applying heat to the engine block will cause it to expand and hopefully help with the removal of the bolt.

Let me know if this helps. Also, I attached a general pic of what an easy-out looks like.

Take care,

Joe
