Does my car have a belt tensioner? If not, how to I replace accessory belt to water pump?

yes it has a tensioner see picture, the list you see at bottom is the order you do to remove the tensioner you should also replace your belt as well as they are recommended replacement of belt and tensioner at 60,000 miles. picture two is of belt tensioner for other belt which you may as well replace both so you wont have to do again.

Thanks, my belt is about to snap, just was not sure if my model was the year they stopped putting the tensioner on. Water pump is fine, just the belt is fraying and coming apart. Will be replacing cooling fan assembly as well fans are making serious racket.

I have never heard of a 60,000 recommend replacement for a serpentine belt tensor I have seen they last usually over 100.000. there are exceptions, but as far as a recommend replacement I would that is the timing belt itself.
