It is not the water pump,or hose what could it be?

Good morning,
You need to pressure test the cooling system to pin point the source of the leak.

Around that area is the intake manifold gasket. That is common for leaking where it meets the head. It is a thin aluminum gasket that corrodes over the years.

I would start with a pressure test. You can rent a tester or have a parts store do it for you for free.
