If the pipe is not corroded through how do I get to the o-ring in the water pump housing if that's what's leaking?
Another thing, I took the bottom radiator hose off of that pipe and the end of the pipe was rusted and a little corroded but it didn't look or feel like it was corroded all the way through. Although, the inside of the hose where is was up on the pipe had corroded rust built up inside of it. I'm assuming the pipe is corroded bad.
As far as the leaking transmission, if its the rubber hoses, can I cut a little off of the end of the hose and reconnect it like that? And if it is the gasket for the solenoid pack, how do I get the solenoid pack off to get to the gasket? Will that be the cause of it jumping out of overdrive and jerking bad occasionally before it started leaking?
