Water boiling on coolant reservoir

Coolant boiling over is normally caused from a restriction in the system and if this just started after the bottle was off then we need to make sure the lines are on correctly and not restricted.

Then we should pressure test the system and make sure we don't have any leaks.

Next, we need to use the attached info for draining and filling the system because I suspect we are missing something on this. Clearly removing the bottle and reinstalling it should not be an issue.

My golf 4 GTI was making noise like a worn out bearing on the driver side, but we found out that it was a loose CV joint we then tighten it but now there is noise again coming from the driver side again the sound is like a knock it only happens when I press the brakes. can a bearing do that?

A very loose bearing can do that but if this is only when you are pressing the brakes then I suspect if you found the axle was loose before that the axle or hub bearing has completely failed. Basically, the best way to find this is to drive slowly and hit the brakes and see if you can see what is moving. If you can't then put it on a jack stand and shake everything down including the axle. If it is making a knocking noise, then I suspect you will be able to wiggle whatever is loose.
