Turning signals, wind shield wipers, high beams do not work?

Turning signals don't work,wind shield wipers don't work and the high beams don't work. But the hazard lights work and the daytime running light automatically just turns on itself.

The one thing all of these systems have in common is the TIPM which goes out, fear not though, it is easy to replace because itself learns after installation, so no programming is needed. Here is the location and how to change out the TIPM. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
