Warning sound without any warning lights or messages beep messages or lights on the screen

The vehicle sounds a warning long beep every time you get in shut the drivers door and start the vehicle without any warning lights or messages on the screen it only does this with driver's door, it's the same sound as if you exit the vehicle with key fob while the vehicle is running? I have tinkered around with a different vehicle setting and such with no avail. The original door was replaced with another used door my guess is that they never switched out the modules with the original ones if there is a module in each door? Could this be the cause of this issue? If so can this donor module that came with donor door be programmed? Thanks
