Hello,

Does your vehicle have Coil On Plugs(COP) or a coil pack?

Thanks,

Hello again,

Okay, this could be a problem with your vehicle's Crankshaft Position Sensor(CKP). The Power-train Control Module (PCM) on your vehicle uses the CKP sensors input to know when to fire the coil pack and the fuel injectors. Without this signal reaching the PCM your vehicle will not start or run. In the diagrams down below I have included the description, location, and removal instructions for your vehicle's CKP sensor. Installation is the reverse of removal. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

Usually not, but it does sound like you are not getting fuel to the rail. Okay, so let's check the fuel pump fuse first. It is located in the Battery Junction Box and is Fuse 14(20A). I have included in the diagrams down below a diagram of the fuel system components for your vehicle and a diagram with the location, layout, and callout of the Battery Junction Box. Please check the fuse and get back to us with what you find out. We can go from there.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

Okay, let's make sure that the fuel pump is turning on. You will need an assistant to do this one. With you behind your vehicle with an ear to the fuel tank, have an assistant turn the key to the "run" position. he fuel pump should come on for a couple of seconds to prime the fuel system. Listen for the fuel pump to come on and get back to us with what you find out, please.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi,

Is your vehicle a 2004 Mustang, 3.9L V6? Let me know.

If it is, I attached the description below specific to the code you have. Please confirm the vehicle is the same. If it is different than the original one in this post, I need you to start a new thread. We try to keep them specific to one type of vehicle and problem, so it is more helpful to others. I hope you understand.

If it is different, just copy and paste your question to a new thread.

Here is a link to start a new thread:

Let me know.

Take care,
