My XC-90 will not start. All lights and radio do come on. However, there is no turnover in the engine. Is this the starter or something else?

Hi there,
This could be a starter, a relay or a transmission isolator problem, i could even be an ignition switch, here is a guide to help see if there is power at the starter trigger wire to help tell if the starter is bad,
