2003 Volvo XC90 All Wheel Drive Automatic 99,000 miles

I use my Volvo to drive to drive to work every morning. It usually takes me about 40 minutes to cover the 25 miles one way. When I return to my car after parking it in the garage I always see giant puddle of water under the car. I've taken it to the dealer and he says that it's just condensation. The puddle is wider than the car! I've also noticed that the air conditioning system stops working (doesn't maintain the set temp) by the time I get to work. Could the two be related? Do you know what could be causing the puddle?
