2003 Volvo XC90 All wheel drive problem

Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2003 Volvo XC90 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 85.000 miles

my all wheel drive is not engaging rear drive when "W" is engagedon display, drive shaft is spinning. i am looking for wiring diagrams or number of voltage operation inputs outputs for module, pump???
