The boot lock won't open at all. is there any way to get it open from the inside?

Hello,
Can you tell me if there is an electrical release? Also, have you tried pushing down on the truck lid as you try to open it? Sometimes you can remove the rear seat and get back there. Here is a diagram of the lock so you can see how ti works. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
