2006 Volvo V70 reset the dash service light

Try this: get in your volvo, shut the door.
put the key in the ignition. turn key to position 1, meaning before the lights glow. now push in the odometer button and hold it in while you move the key to the 2nd position, now all lights glow. after a couple of seconds watch for the service light to blink once that happens let go of the odometer button and start the car. i hope that helps, mine is a few years older, unless they changed the system. give it a try.
