If you have no driveability issues then I would suspect the oil cooler has an internal coolant leak. Oil cooler is attached on the oil pan. If vehicle runs like crap with smoke coming out the tail pipe then you have a leaking headgasket.

appreciate response, this car rus like dream,1st

suspected head gasket,just had top rebuilt couple

months ago,mec shop also said oil cooler,,i did,nt

beleive em,,,looks like you nailed it, is this repair

extensive/expensive?

Depends on how you want the repar. If you just replace oil cooler then it wont be expensive but you will also need to flush out the cooling system to get rid of the oil and would also recommend you replace all your rubber hoses since oil and rubber do not go well with each other. So it can start adding up. You may also want to replace the expansion tank as well.
