The door cannot be opened using the inside
latch. The door will open from the outside,
but if you pull on the door handle inside the car
it will not open the door. The handle only pulls about half way out on the inside as well, you can't pull the inside door handle completely out.

Need to pull door panel off and see what is up with the rod. What is causing it to fail to opeh latch.
