If it does not unlock then most likely the door lock assembly would need to be be replace. As for the door not opening from theinside, check to see if the child safety lock is on. If it is off, whn you remove the door panel to to replace the lock assembly, make sure the cable is not damaged and check to see it did not seprate from the hande. If it did, make sure the handle is not damaged. If it is, then I believe the whole door panel would need to be replaced?
