1999 Volvo S70 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles

I have a scrapping sound that occurs most often when bearing left into curves. I have had people sit in the car and believe the sound is coming from the rear passenger side wheel. My vehicle is the Turbo 5 cyl. This sound is getting worse with time

Interesting and insightful question. I just came back in from poppoping the wheel off and noticed that the pad seems to be worn completely down. Thanks

The hard part was identifying the location of the sound. It appeared to be coming from the front of the car. I almost never have passengers. I had to have my son sit in the car and move from front to back and then side to side. Getting the brakes done today! Thanks Again
