2009 Volvo S40

What kind of noise? Those small engines mke noise all the time and is pretty much normal.

the noise (clonk noise) can be heard especially after the engine get the normal temperature,

in beteween 1000-1500 rpm,lack of engine power also present

If you do feel like your vehicle is hving problems then I suggest you take it in to the dealer since you are withing warranty at this time.
