2004 Volvo S40 windsheild wiper issue

Wipers work only on delay, no reg. speed, no fast speed, no washer...please advise...is it wiper motor, wiper switch, fuse.....thanks in advance !

You should take it in for proper diagnosis since you do not want to just start putting parts in? Can be anything at this point but most likely will be a bad central electronic module since it seems they have being starting to give some issues related to the wiper system? But having a shop properly diagnose it should pin point the problem.
