What is estimated cost to replace battery cables and battery on a volvo S40 in Atlanta area? The car has appeared to had electrical shorts in several areas. Headlight would go out after replacement. Door would not open from inside or outside for a while. Finally, the car would not crank but lights were on. Abililty to jumpstart but eventually the battery ran down because I was unable to turn the lights off. Diagnosis, replace cables and battery.
