just recently my fan stoped working so i checked the fuse and it was bad then when i changed every time i turn the a/c on it blows again what does this mean?

Which fuse blows? # 30 (15 A) ?

If yes, you need to check the fan or compressor clutch coil for shorting. Unplug the condenser fan and AC clutch relay to test.
