2001 Volvo S40 Bluish gray smoke from exhaust

My 2001 Volvo S40 is blowing bluish gray smoke. Took turbo off and went to Turbo City in Orange, CA. They said all seems well, but the exhaust side is not wet with oil. The side to the intercooler is damp with oil. Could back pressure from a clogged crankcase vent system be the problem? Just don't know.

Remove sark plugs and inspect. Here is a picture of a plug burning oil.

If plug looks somethng like this then you are burning oil. Could be bad piston rings or valves. If plugs are O.K. then you may want to get a second opinion on that turbo? Turbo good have an internal oil look?
