codes check engine light on?

My check engine light came on yesterday. When I push the accelerator it chokes. I leave it off for a while and it runs and then happens again. Check engine light still on. I read the codes and get

1-2-1

which is

MAF sensor signal absent or faulty LH 2.4 or 3.1

what is this code?

Ok here is the diagnostic procedures to test the mass air flow unit and wiring to determine if you should replace the sensor or not. You will need to save pic and then enlarge so you can read it and test it. Let me know how it goes.
