1995 Volvo 850 a/c drain clogged and stopped working

My a/c drain was clogged and I could hear water sloshing, but sitting at a drive thru the blower and a/c shut off and will not come back on, checked fuzes, but is there another high temp thing that shuts off a/c? how do I fix it? It was very hot that day.
