no spark

I have A 1991 volvo wagon turbo 2.4 automatic trans 115000 miles i have no spark it has a brand new tune up, wires, plugs.cap,rotor. i have tested the coil and the power going in and out of it. everythings ok . possibly a cpu?

did you check the rpm sensor?? this sensoris on the back of engine on top of transmission hear fire wall. If the rpm sensor is not working car will not start
