2001 Volvo 240 surging forward continued

Thanks for your timely answer. We failed in our last communication to mention the car was serviced last month and the throttle body was checked and clean. Still the problem of surging forward when the car is driven to a stop persist. As we stated previously this car was check out at the volvo dealership prior to the sale. At that time the front engine seals were replaced, also a new timing belt and tune up were done on the car, plus the oil was changed. Please advise. Thanks, Dan
