Need a replacement tranny. Used ($350 with 90 day warranty) or rebuilt ($1320 + $175 shipping with 1 year warranty)?
I found a place that will install for $350.
Any thoughts on what is best to do?
I want to keep my car indefinetly.

how many miles on the used ones?

refurbished/rebuilt are usually fixed after something goes wrong, so i would stay away from them.

lots of money in the rebuilt, i would go with the used one. you could have 3 put in for the price of the rebuilt one.
