Electrical problem
1986 Volvo 240 4 cyl Automatic

Rear drivers side, in ceiling, found 2 sets of wiring. Each is held together by a black plastic component. How do I pull it apart without breaking it? Or better yet, how can I get the wiper arm to stop going back and forth? Or where is the problem most likely at? In other words, the rear wiper will not stop going every time I turn the car on.It just goes and goes and goes. This car was given to us for free. And has some issues. That being one of them.
