Voltage issues on Compressor?

I have replaced the compressor; the car is throwing no codes for the "F" codes so no problem there. I also checked all of the sensors and cleaned them, they work. Had it working for 30 minutes before it stopped. I checked refrigerant level and I checked for voltage from the plug that connects to the compressor for the clutch. It read 14 volts. Clutch works because I hooked it up to my battery and heard it click, but when I try to connect the plugs together, I get a voltage reading of near zero. I spent almost a month trying to fix this, need help please.

Hi,

You have a poor connection either at the relay or the relay itself is faulty. Have you tried replacing it? Have you checked the connector pins at the relay? If you jump the relay to send power to the clutch, do you get the correct voltage?

What you have described tells me that when there isn't a load on the circuit, there is proper voltage. When the load is placed on it, the circuit can't handle the load. This could even be a wire that is damaged under the insulation. Try wiggling it around when the compressor is connected.
