Voltage drop

Battery is mounted in trunk with brand new ground wire to frame and new positive to horn relay junction on front inner fender. Battery putting out 11-12 volts when tested to junction only 6 volts going to starter. Good ground strap mounted from front of engine to frame.

It sounds like you have a positive cable issue what gauge is the cable? Should be a 1 or 2. Can you upload pictures of the battery mounting and cable routing? Cheers, Ken

New #1 cables. I believe it is in ignition switch.
