1996 Volkswagen Sharan 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

hi, my sharan rear window wiper when switched on blows the fuse all the time, ive tried and tried just keeps blowing the fuse,
if anybody can help that would be great, thanks.

this indicates either bad wiring to the wiper switch or wiper motor, or most likely a faulty rear wiper motor
