Air Conditioning problem

I currently have heat. But I was wondering if I can swap something into my car (I knwo its old thats why im not sure if its possible) that will allow me to have both AC + Heat.... Is it possible? and if so, do you know where I canfind the piece and where I should get it done? Thank you
I also had a question regarding my steering. I was wondering, if I buy a new steering wheel, will I be able to have power steering like newer cars?
