I have the EXACT same car, only 67k miles. My car just died out of the blue, driving down the road, same situation yesterday. Would start but promptly stalled and died. I had to have it towed. Took it in, and it's definitely the fuel pump. The part itself was $230 and with labor my total came to $486. I didn't take it to the dealer but to some friends of mine who own a shop and always do my repairs for cheaper (as far as labor). So that might be a low estimate, but it's not a cheap fix. The dealer quoted me $900+ for the same job.
