hello, i wanted to know what could be the reason my passat keeps over heating. temp sensor has been changed along with some other parts that were worn out. thought the problem was fixed but after driving about 4 miles it started to overheat again. could it be the head gasket? do i need to just replace that or go for the engine swap? which reemdy is the cheapest?

Hi there,

Before spending a fortune on an engine, replace the thermostat, have the radiator cleaned & checked fore partial blockages, replace pressure cap and check fore any external coolant leaks, start here.
