Need picturial guide how to replace timing belt on 2.8L V6 Passat GLX

This is a fairly big job & special locking tools are required.

- The front bumper has to come off
- The radiator/front carrier has to be moved to the service position
- Once the timing belt covers have been removed, the engine is
placed at TDC and a crankshaft lock pin is installed
- The camshaft sprockets are locked into place with a lock bar
- The camshaft sprocket bolts are loosened and the sprockets are
broken free with a puller
- The timing belt can then be removed, as well as the tensioner and
all the rollers
- It is a good idea to replace the thermostat & water pump at
this time as well
- If any oil leaks are visible, it is a good idea to change the
valve cover gaskets & chain tensioner gaskets as well as the
camshaft seals & crankshaft seal

Images are available on request... but this is a job that is best
left to a professional.

If things go wrong, serious engine damage will occur.
