Air Conditioning problem
2003 Volkswagen Passat V8 All Wheel Drive 89,000 miles
How can it be determined if mold and mildew are in the airconditioner/core/coils. VW has replaced the carpet, twice..said there was a leak in the sun roof drain...However it is supposed to be fixed now and the car is supposed to be free of mold and mildew...... When I turn on the AC or heater I can detect the smell/sense it ( I have mold and mildew allergies and asthma) with my "nose"...
Have you ever heard of mold and mildew in the AC/heater system?
What to do?
This car drives like a dream....but still has the mold and mildew smell.
I would appreciate your help.
