My mechanic has suggested to me that the vibration/rattling sound and sensation I am feeling when turning and accellerating simutaneously is due to a torn CV boot and probable deterioration of the CV joint in the right front wheel. I am waiting for an estimate on replacement. How dangerous is it to drive with this condition and can you give me a average price for repair/replacement? I have to admit, I am really uncomfortable driving "my baby" with this noise and vibration - it feels as though the front axle wants to break!
