Chance to buy this car for a great deal. It is a flood Title car. A dealer is selling, can get a warranty. Dealer says the water did not go inside the car at all... but the windows do not work. What would be wrong and would it have anything to do with the computer?

Hi there,

I would not even take a flood tittle car if it was given to me, you will start to see so many problems down the road, do not go near it, it will be a time bomb for your wallet just waiting to go off.
