Hi there,
I would be getting the oil pressure tested with a master gauge, this will give you a true indication as to the engine oil pressure, if it is low you will have to get his investigated first. If the pressure is OK you may just have a faulty sender unit. Do this first and if OK, do a full tune and have the idle speed checked for the stall issue.
