My car does fails to start because tha fuel pump does not work. I tested the fuel pump with external 12Volts and works fine. I measured the voltage at the plug that goes to the fuel pump and i found 11,6 volts for only 1 sec when i turn the key to on.
I also replaced the fuse with no result. I also bypased the relay with i wire but again without result.
what do you think is the problem? What should i do next?
