Master key

My VW Jetta 1.8T has a problem . I can open the driver front doors using the keybotton, but when I try to double-click the unlock botton key to open all locks, nothing happens. When I try to use the door buttons on the interior to open the locks-its work fine.Or double-turn Master key-it is works good. :( :(

What needs to be done???

Not positive but if you have cruise control, try unplugging the 2 wire connector on the front of the master cylinder. Drive and let us know what happens.
