I HAVE A 1986 VOLKSWAGON JETTA 1.8 L
I JUST REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER AND NOW AFTER DRIVING IT FOR 10-15 MIN THE FRONT BRAKES START DRAGING AND I HAVE TO STOP AND TURN OF THE CAR FOR ABOUT 20 MIN. UNTIL THEY RELEASE WHATS WRONG?

You have a faulty master cylinder that its not letting return the brake fluid to the reservoir..

Or the free-play on the pedal its not adjusted right..
and the master cylinder its "keeping" the pressure on the calipers and or pistons..

Check that and let us Know!
