abs pulsates at very slow speed when braking?

Hi:
I have a Passat wagon TDI 1.8 5 speed Diesel),after replacing a CV boot on the LF wheel,the ABS pulsates when braking and before stopping,it is at very,very slow speed,the wagon has 80K miles. No lights come on the dashboard and the on board comp. says "Test OK".can you Please give me some advised, Thanks

So, what is happening is the wheel speed sensor on the wheel you worked on must have gotten disturbed are is dirty with metal particles that inhibited the sensors function at low speeds, there is no code because the system just thinks the wheel is skidding and activates the ABS system which makes the brake pedal pulse. I would recheck the sensor condition and location to fix the problem. Here is the sensor location in the diagrams below. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
